First review for Man Frame!

5 Cups from Coffee Time Romance! And a great review to boot:

Lucy Jackson, a recent divorcee, has led a relatively boring life until the sexy guy across the way moved in. He was better than anything she had ever seen and peeping on him while naked was making her hot.

Nate Sommerville has recently parted with one in a long line of women more interested in what his money could do for them than what Nate could do. The one shining light is the sexy woman across the way he peeps in on at night.

Lucy is unprepared when Nate forces himself into her life but she is certainly in no way complaining. Nate is reevaluating what he wants in a woman every moment he spends with Lucy, and when his best friend adds some unexpected spice to their lives, he wonders if they are going to scare Lucy off before he ever has a chance with her.

Caught up in the whirlwind between Nate and Lucy, I was unable to put the book down. I was enthralled by the sizzling hot words that leaped off the pages. This story is hot, hot, hot; almost hotter than the two men who give Lucy more than she ever bargained for. I will keep an eye out for future Emma Hillman novels, and if you like hot, sweaty sex mixed with amazing fantasy pick up Man Frame and meet Emma Hillman. I promise you will never be sorry.

... Thanks a lot, Delane!

Marked!

I'm very happy to announce that Marked (Book One of The Recruits) will be published by eXcessica on 25 March 2011.

Here's a teaser for you:

When Faye wakes up after a lust-filled night and finds herself tied to a man she thought belonged to someone else, she realizes there’s a lot more to her friends than she could have ever imagined.

Being Mated to an Immortal isn’t all it’s cracked up to be however. Of course, the sex is hot and just plain amazing, but she needs more from Jake. She just hopes he’ll come to realize this before it’s too late…

Behold the sexy Cover Art too... What can I say? I'm very proud of it!

Yes, No, Maybe - Winner of the 2010 Seriously Unforgettable Award

Yes, No, Maybe is one of the ten best novels of the past year, according to Seriously Reviewed!

How amazing is that??

Here's what they'd said on the book, back in January:

I hardly know what to brag about first. The deeply personal way you get to know the characters, the palpable tension of the plot, the intensity of the sex or the heart-wrenching ache you feel at the points in the story where your emotions are twisted and played with.

Mia is shy, hesitant and questions her sexual appeal in a way I think all women can relate with. She’s married to a totally hot man and worries a thinner more adventurous woman would suit him better. I loved how her insecurities weren’t really brought to light until Kevin pointed them out. While he thinks he’s helping her become sexy and secure with her full figure, he’s actually making her feel inadequate. And still, I loved Kevin and his good intentions. What started out as a bit of fun becomes complicated, emotional and threatens their relationship. There is hot sex including a ménage scene to make you squirm. Oh and expect to fall in love with Nick. He’s as scrumptious as Kevin.

The story is impossible to put down. Each turn of the page took me deeper into their lives. There were moments that I feared for Mia and times I was sure Kevin was going to fail her. But in the end, their love was the strong force and helped them to rediscover what they needed from each other.

Thank you so much, Seriously Reviewed!

Staying true to the name of this blog.

I work on several manuscripts at once. I'm not entirely sure why I do, but this is how I've always worked, so I keep at it. I'm the same when I read books. I always have a few on the go at once: one for my commute, one for bedtime, etc..

Anyhow, I thought I'd do a post recapping all my current WIPs. And there's quite a few of them! In chronological order from the date I started them:

- The Quest for Sex: Romantic Comedy / Erotica / Rubenesque / Sci-Fi (3,393 words)
- Right Between The Eyes: Contemporary Romance / Drama (46,481 words)
- Treat Me Right (Rodrigo's story - sequel to Man Frame): Erotica / Rubenesque (5,480 words)
- A Box Full (Curve Happy Series): Erotica / Rubenesque / IR (6,399 words)
- Behind Locked Doors - Book Three: Erotica / BDSM (1,451 words)
- Hired (sequel to Marked): Erotica / Paranormal / Rubenesque (6,661 words)

The ones that are finished but need editing:

- Marked: Erotica / Paranormal / BDSM (38,967 words)
- Horny Rabbits: Erotica / Ménage (88,139 words)

And there's also a few here and there that I started because I had the premise in mind...and left at that, because I seriously have too many books on the go, people!

I guess I'll never have to worry about finding something to write!

Woot! Part Two

I'm happy to say that Man Frame is still the #1 Erotica at MyBookstore&More.

And it's #1 on the eXcessica Best Sellers List at Fictionwise, and #2 in the Highest Rated too!
It's jumped up 20 spots and is also now #23 in the overall Erotica category. Very cool indeed!

I know I keep going on about this, but until I get reviews, those ratings and rankings are the only thing that prove that readers have enjoyed my book. And I need that reassurance, people!
